Comprehensive Plan

This 2016 Comprehensive Plan Update (Plan Update) is a summary of recent planning and engineering studies completed by BHC Consultants, for Cedar River Water and Sewer District’s water system. This plan updates and supersedes the District’s previous Comprehensive Water System Plan, which was last approved by the Washington State Department of Health in 2006 and in 2008.
