Cedar River Water & Sewer District has partnered with Invoice Cloud to offer pay by phone and online payments (Debit or Credit) for your utility bill. Keep in mind balances shown when making a payment may not reflect pending activity on your account.
Payments made before 11:45 p.m. will post the following business day.
Payments made after 11:45 p.m. may take up to 2 business days to be applied to your account.

Check your account balance or make a payment 24/7 by calling 855-437-1274. Payments made by phone using Credit/Debit Card will include a $3.95 service charge plus a $0.75 surcharge. Payments made by phone using E-Check/EFT include a $3.95 service charge plus a $0.75 surcharge
Option 1 (No Charge) – To request direct payment withdrawal automatically transferred from your bank account (Checking & Savings only), please complete the Autopay Bank Draft form, and submit the form, along with a blank imprinted voided check, to the District.

Option 2 (Service Charge) – Register your account through Invoice Cloud and set-up automatic payments using any registered payment method and schedule your desired payment dates.
AutoPay transactions are limited to $500.00 on Credit Card & Debit Card payments. If your current account balance exceeds $500.00, the payment will be declined as “Max CC Sale Exceeded” and an email notification will be sent. Autopay limits on e-check transactions are limited to $125,000.
