Are you moving out of the Cedar River Water & Sewer District?
What is needed to close my account?
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a renter, we cannot send a bill directly to you unless the owner has a release to renter form on file, or a duplicate billing request form is completed by the owner.
If you are moving out of the District, please be able to provide:
- Your customer number
- Current service address
- New owners name if possible (If you are a renter, please provide owner’s name, address, and phone number)
- Close Date
- Forwarding address
- Forwarding phone number
- Escrow Company’s name, address, and phone number
