What is needed to open a new account?
If you are a new renter, please have owner/property manager call to set up account.
In order to open a new account, please be able to provide
- Name to be on the account
- The address we will be serving
- Phone Numbers (Work & Home)
- Close Date
- Former owner’s name
- Billing address if different from location address
- Escrow Company’s name, address, and phone number
