Are you moving out of the Cedar River Water & Sewer District?

What is needed to close my account?

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a renter, we cannot send a bill directly to you unless the owner has a release to renter form on file, or a duplicate billing request form is completed by the owner.

If you are moving out of the District, please be able to provide:

  1. Your customer number
  2. Current service address
  3. New owners name if possible (If you are a renter, please provide owner’s name, address, and phone number)
  4. Close Date
  5. Forwarding address
  6. Forwarding phone number
  7. Escrow Company’s name, address, and phone number
